Wildflower Triathlon Bike Course – Must Do Bike Ride
This past weekend I was at the Wildflower Triathlon which is just west of Paso Robles, California. If you are ever in the area the bike course is worth the ride.
The bike ride has a little bit of everything; beautiful scenery, flats, rollers, good climb, killer descent, and good roads.
Below is the profile of the bike course.
At about mile 35 there is a bridge you will cross. The bridge has a metal floor and is slippery. Make sure you slow down and enter the bridge head on to avoid road rash other wise you may need our “road rash bike crash kit.”
