I could not agree with idea #6 Better equipment like a set of new wheels. Can you help me on this one??? I was thinking I would look good on a Colnago Carbon Fiber. Idea 1 Better eating habits and nutrition couldn’t hurt either. Do you know where i can get hooked up with some Vemma? I hear mangosteen is even better then Bananas.
