One of the biggest challenges for cyclists during the off season is keeping the weight off.

This was a good article, but I think people need to keep in mind that they need to seriously self evaluate. I find that I maintain a steady weight just based on portion control. I get to eat what I like as long as I don’t eat a lot. Of course that is all based on my activity level, work schedule, etc. I do like where he suggests slowing down. I do love food, so I like to take my time when I eat. Good article!

I aggree with you. People ask me why I ride. I tell them so I can eat what I want and not feel guilty.

In the busy schedule, there is hardly any time left for personal fitness. But, you really have to take some time out of your so busy schedule and check your activity level. C’mon don’t be lethargic and get on with work-out.
