My wife Mimi and I headed up to Flagstaff, AZ this weekend to get some relief from the heat - although things are starting to cool off in the Arizona desert.
There were tons of cyclists on the road putting the hammer down. You could not have asked for a better day.
The fall weather in Flagstaff was awesome and there were wild flowers everywhere. Plus there were tons of elk out in the meadows of Mormon Lake.
One of the top rides in the state of Arizona is the ride out Lake Mary Road around Mormon Lake. It is a must-do-ride if you are ever in Flagstaff, AZ.

Tyler, I was hoping to see some pictures of the elk. I rode through there about two years ago on my mtn bike and I was a little intimidated by them. Those suckers are huge!!
