		<description>I was using bananas during my workouts since forever and i knew its one of the best sources of energy out there . Just dont eat them too much if youre not  physically active. One or two a day for people who dont train anything is more than enough because theyre not very good for stomach if you dont burn them.</description>

		<description>Say!  What do you know about chick peas (garbanzo beans)?  I add them into my salad every evening, along with wheat germ, to get extra protein.  I can&#039;t leave the salad unattended; some of our cats happen to love chick peas, too!</description>
