Get on your bike and ride. Thanks again Ride-Strong for the enterance fee for El Tour. I still raised 100 for Tu Nidito as well. This morning in the gym I noticed that the spin class was half empty after being at capacity for the past few weeks leading up to El Tour. One of the Tuesday/Thursday morning ride groups is done for the year. We work so hard to reach a goal and often just stop as soon as we get there. So I’m encouraging everyone to get back on their bikes and continue to ride. See you on the road.
