		<description>Thanks for the useful instructions.  I just put a hitch on our Prius today, we skipped the 2nd step of the instructions and trimmed the fascia in place before removing the tow hook.  I highly recommend doing the same.</description>

		<description>what I wonder with these hitch mounts is how much dirt and grime is kicked up on to the bikes and whether a bike cover would be a good purchase.

Also, for the hybrids especially, I wonder how much drag (if any) the rack creates.</description>

		<description>This will not work for the older style Prius and may not for the 2010 model.  However, I have found that a Sardis Bones 3 will work with the older style Prius and you don&#039;t have to set the feet on the plastic bumper, just swivel them to rest against the bottom of the trunk (boot) lid.</description>
